What is ICAS? | top
The International COGIC Application System (ICAS) will allow you to register for all International COGIC conventions/conferences and facilitate inter-departmental communication. By registering today, you will be able to keep your address current with all COGIC departments and receive the latest news for the ministry areas for which you are interested.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password? | top
To manually reset your password, please use the "Forgot Your Password" utility under Support->Forgot Your Password. You MUST know the answer to your security question to complete the process.

I've forgotten my UserID and my password. How do I obtain this information? | top
Please contact support@cogic.org to receive an email with your UserID. Once received, you can use the "Forgot Your Password" utility under Support->Forgot Your Password to reset your password.

Why do I receive the Account Not Verified error? | top
During
the initial registration process, accounts were NOT automatically activated until registrants received an email and click on the link to confirm their account. Accounts that have not been activated will receive this error when they attempt to login. Please go to Support->ICAS Support to submit a trouble ticket to have your account activated.

I don't know the answer to my security question. What should I do? | top
It's imperative that you remember the answer to your security question. It will allow you to manually perform changes to your account IF you forget your password. If you've forgotten the answer to your security question, please Submit a Trouble Ticket report to have your password sent to you in a separate email. Once received, please login, click on the Support->Update Profiles link, and update the answer to your security question.

Can I register someone else without registering myself first? | top
No, you must register for the specific convention/conference before you can register additional guests.

I've successfully registered for my convention/conference, but I haven't received a confirmation in the mail. Who do I contact? | top
In our new release, contacts for each convention/conference is listed under "Convention/Conference Information" for each event. Look for this information to contact the event lead directly.
- How do I update my profile? | top
You must be logged into ICAS to access the profile link. Once logged in, click on Support->Update Profile link.

How do I change my name in my profile? | top
You CANNOT change your name in your profile. A name change must be performed by the System Administrator. Please go to Support->ICAS Support to submit a trouble ticket to update your name in the system.

Why is event CLOSED? | top
If an event button is labeled CLOSED and is several months away, then registration for this event hasn't been opened yet. If the button is labeled CLOSED and it's past the online registration deadline, then the registration is closed because the event is near.

Can I make changes to my registration/reservation? | top
The new ICAS release allows registrants to make changes to their 2011 Holy Convocation and 2011 Leadership registrations. You can make registration changes by logging into ICAS, then either 1) scroll down to 2011 convention/conference on ICAS homepage and select Registration Changes link, or 2) click the Events button, scroll down to 2011 Holy Convocation section, and click the Registration Changes button. You can change dates, change names of guests, upgrade registrations, and add a room reservation to registrations WITHOUT a room.

When will my hotel deposit be processed? | top
Hotel deposits (for ALL conventions/conferences) will be processed by the hotel once they confirm the reservation. You will receive a confirmation from the hotel after the hotel confirms the reservation.
