All conference registration and housing deposits and NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Registration fees are payable by cash, certified check, personal check, credit card, or money order. All checks should be made payable to General Council of Pastor and Elders. Mail with completed Registration/Housing form to:

$150 HOTEL ROOM DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS.
All hotels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We do guarantee that you will be assigned to one of the hotel in the convention contacted block. Request for specific bed types are not guaranteed and are based on availability. Handicap Accessible rooms are available upon request on a first come first serve basis.

Housing Cancellation Policy:
HOUSING DEPOSIT FEE $150 IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS WILL BE TAKES OUT BY THE HOTEL ONCE THIS IS CONFIRMED. WE DO NOT HAVE A DATE SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THE MONEY IS AVAILABLE.
